Guangzhou is the 3rd largest city in China and our teachers are hired to teach at kindergarten schools in Guangzhou and the surrounding satellite cities such as Foshan. JOB DESCRIPTION: 25 - 30 teaching hours per week, Monday to Friday (40 hours on site) Weekends off (There will be some occasional weekend events/training required) 40 business days holiday (100% paid - Set by the company and includes national holidays) This position is for teaching inside different kindergarten schools across Guangzhou and the surrounding satellite cities such as Foshan, in South China. Generally each teacher has multiple kindergarten schools and they will attend to teach at each of these weekly. We are looking for high-energy, positive, popular, genuinely happy teachers. Teachers who enjoy what they do and that the children will be excited to see. The position requires a high energy and a positive attitude. PERSON REQUIREMENTS: Native English speaker Passport holder of: Canada, Australia, USA, UK, or New Zealand Bachelor's Degree or higher * 2 years work experience (does not have to be teaching related) No visible tattoos Suitable for a kindergarten environment High energy and a kind presence TEFL qualification preferred but not necessary * We may be able to accept applications for teachers who do not have a Bachelors Degree or higher, though for visa purposes we would require a lengthier period of work experience. Please enquirer. PAYMENT AND INCENTIVES: 13,250 RMB per month Housing Allowance: 2, 000 RMB per month with help in setting up and finding an apartment. (The amount given covers an above average single-room apartment outside of Guangzhou or a shared apartment, with each teacher having their own room, inside of Guangzhou) Economy class flight to China 100% reimbursed after 6 months of work Contract-end Contribution Bonus of 13, 250 RMB Paid Transportation to and from places of work Health Insurance 80% coverage Basic introduction to teaching Full support in starting life in China. Living in and around Guangzhou will be much cheaper than living in areas like Shanghai and Beijing. To give you an idea, the average meal out costs between 10 RMB and 60 RMB. An hour massage costs around 100 RMB. The metro/buses cost around or less than 6 RMB for a single journey. Teachers are able to live, save and travel well on this salary. This is definitely an experience that you will never forget.
