About the position- Location: Beijing Shanghai Shenzhen- Contract: 1 year- Class size: 10 to 15 students- Students age: 2~12 years old- 40 working hours per week, includes office hours and about 20~25 teaching hours Salary/Benefit-Monthly income: Depending on your qualification, you can earn RMB 21, 000~ RMB 26, 000 per month (100 classes included)(approximately US$3, 200~ US$3, 900 )- Up to 10, 000 RMB airfare reimbursement- 10, 000 RMB Annual completion bonus- 5, 000 RMB Interest-Free Setup Loan- Vacations in Winter- Free TEFL course- Free Chinese lessons-Health insurance- On-going training- Start up assistance Requirements- Native speakers preferred- Bachelor degree or above- Candidates without bachelor degree must have TESOL/CELTA/TEFL certificate or 2+ years teaching experience- TESOL, CELTA or TEFL preferred
