responsibilities
Able to use the CNS effectively in planning and lesson writing;
Able to incorporate curricular and s tandards-based knowledge into content scope and sequence for proje cts;
Able to develop standards-based objectives, outcomes, and unit plans for all levels;
Able to create content and activities for student textbooks; aligns textb ooks to CNS;
Works with graphic designer to create high-quality, attr active products;
Assists parent servi ces and marketing by providing information regarding curriculum an d course structures;
Assists in the creation of teacher training on curriculum development and compe tency-based instruction;
Assists in the creation of informational sessions for parents regarding educ ation and child development;
Works with a team to design c oncepts for educational computer games; works with flash designers to reach high level of qualit y;
Assists in the development of materials to support teachers before, during, and aft er class.
Location: donging district(near en gorging station, line 2) Beijing, China

Working hours:
Monday through Friday
Office hours
No more than 40 working hours p er week in total
We are looking for candidates that:
English native speaker
Excellent spoken and written English la nguage ability
At least 5 years of teaching experience in Chinese schools;
At least 3 years experiences work on Chinese N ational Standards (CNS);
Knowledge of subject matter, pedagogy, and curriculum des ign;
Ability to meet deadlines and handle diverse tasks simultaneously using prioritization;
Strong interpersonal, leadership, an d motivational skills.
Payment details:
Salary & Benefits:
1.20,000-30,000 RMB/Month depends on your previous experience and qualificat ion
2. Salary increase when renew the contr act.
3. Health insurance provided
4. Yearly round trip airfare from Beijing to your home country.
